An apple a day keeps the doctor away

During the first part of the course we will be talking about different kind of health problems, illnesses like heart disease, cancer, SAD and some treatments. The phrase in the title comes from the idea that apple juice helps you fight off viruses and cold. It is very true that apples have a lot of nutritional value. They are low in calories and contain no fat. Apples are also rich in vitamin A, which helps strengthen vission and tooth development. So eat apples if you want to be healthy.
